Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

If your order contains multiple items or oversized furniture, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Decor Inspired is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@decorinspired.co.

We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package and provide updates whenever possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will work to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
