Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags (if applicable). You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Because our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Final sale items
